Kitchari volgens Gina

1 tsp ghee or butter
80 g Red Lentils
40 g White Basmati Rice
6-8 baby carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 diced onion and garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1tsp Masala
Fresh chopped cilantro
Fresh chopped basil
Handful of fresh baby spinach
1 handpalm of  peas
Warm ghee/butter and masala on low. Then add in no particular order the rest of the ingredients except fresh spinach, cilantro and peas. After steaming for 10 minutes, take off heat, release steam and then add the fresh spinach, cilantro and peas. Enjoy!
